KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Forensic - Regulatory Enforcement & Compliance for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
• Assist a variety of financial institutions in addressing Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance matters
• Consistently deliver quality client services and monitor progress, manage risk, and help ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Identify and build long-term business relationships with new target clients and key executives, as well as foster cross-service line and cross-functional teaming with colleagues
• Plan, administer, and manage various aspects of engagements including defining clear scope of work, deliverables, timing and fees, and help ensure timely collection of payment for services and outstanding accounts receivables
• Promote practice's revenue generation and go-to-market initiatives by contributing to service line or industry sector expansion and/or methodology, tools, processes, and content development
• Review and write client deliverables, including but not limited to reports, BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC related policies and procedures and training materials
Qualifications:
• A minimum of eight years of AML compliance, bank operations, compliance, or legal experience in the financial or professional services industries
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, English Literature, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Math or a related quantitative field of study; MBA or JD from an accredited college/university preferred
• Strong understanding of money laundering schemes as well as AML legal and regulatory environment, specifically the laws, regulations, and guidance promulgated under the BSA and USA PATRIOT Act
• Travel may be up to 80-100%
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
