ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quote and re-market new and existing business.
• Process endorsement requests for Stephens Insurance clients, as needed.
• Prepare client summaries and binders.
• Process daily mail including client policies.
• Process and run cancellation and non-payment reports.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Property and Casualty license customary desired. Must obtain within first 12 months of employment.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Basic: 10-Key, Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
REQUIRED TESTING
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Typing, Math
