Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our growing Personal Lines Insurance team. You’ll be assisting the account managers with preparing invoices, reviewing and processing endorsements, policy checking and issuing binders and ID cards. Other tasks include prepping policies for delivery and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).
You’re Great At
Ideally you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 2 years insurance experience and if you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
