As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
Responsible for management, coordination and research of Market Conduct Exam/State Inquiries (MCE/SI) activities Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team's performance of project tasks. Ensures that the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope parameter Communicates reports regarding project status, risk management and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team. Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders. Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas. Participates in strategic planning for the area.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have: Organized and aggressive/results-driven PM Works well under tight deadlines Effective relationship management skills – with staff at all levels Knows the L&R business Strong business sense/decision making ability MBA or graduate degree preferred 5-10 years professional experience, including minimum 3 years insurance industry.
