Job Summary:
The Program Delivery Manager works with Integrated Services for the Americas (ISA) Management, EPMO, HO, DMO, Business Units, and manages Technology Lead(s) in supporting project activities for the successful implementation of Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) solutions by advising/guiding teams and providing technical architecture & design inputs.
Major Responsibilities:
• Work with business and IT management to scope out, plan, provide/conduct reviews, create technology portion of WBS, provide solutions and delivery
• Review and ensure deliverables are within proper standards and time lines and meet business requirements (functional, non-functional, interface and reporting requirements).
• Review all plans being made and provide feedback and clarity to technology team members
• Ensure that there is alignment between longer term goals of customers and the capability, processes and performance of various teams is meeting it.
• Track inter-project dependencies, architecture and resources
• Realign processes, plan recruitment, extend infrastructure to support the near and long term vision
• Lead/Support staffing plans, hiring & on-boarding activities
• Work with Vendors to identify, onboard and manage vendor resources
• Identify, mitigate, and report technology/solution risks
• Technology status reporting to ISA management and EPMO, HO SYSD
• Responsible for all lead team members including the Technical Project Manager (TPL)
• Architecture Reviews, Air Traffic Committee reviews
• Collaborate & Communicate with HO Systems Division
• Coordinate test cycles, dress rehearsals, DR testing as needed
• Monitor and create metrics and trend reports related to developer efficiencies and insuring development processes and methodologies are optimized continuously
Qualifications
Additional Information:
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in the following:
• Deep Experience in leading large/complex data warehouse projects. Experience in leading global projects is a big plus
• Full system development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Integration and Data Management is a must
• General banking knowledge
• At least 3 years of creating and managing complex project plans
• Proven experience managing data-projects and teams using both traditional waterfall and agile (various) methodologies
• Expert communication and facilitation skills
• Familiarity and experience working with ETL tools like WhereScape and Informatica
