What makes an outstanding Director, Client Management, Credit Union Solutions?
As the Director, Client Management, it is your responsible for leading a team of key client partners responsible for building and managing client relationships, growing wallet share, and driving client retention.
You will lead the client partner team with strategic directives, planning and client development to ensure Fiserv is both managing and growing client relationships successfully.
As the Director, Client Management, you can look forward to:
• In this role, you will lead a team of 7 key client executives responsible for developing key executive level client relationships, maintaining high client retention, and selling Core Processing and ESS/Surround products.
• You will monitor client engagement facilitate improvement as needed, and regularly communicate with clients’ key stakeholders in conjunction with the Client Partners. Manage client escalations to ensure client satisfaction. Issue resolution skills and experience are required, coupled with excellent follow-up skills.
• You will be assisting the Client Partners with formal proposals that drive revenue and client value, assisting in the achievement of quota (for self and team) and give to the overall CUS revenue targets.
• You will assist in acquiring, developing and managing talent capabilities of account executives, with demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and drive results. Develop & improve training programs for staff, expansive of an ongoing knowledge management strategy that allows client partners to keep up to speed on products and services, as well as client success stories. Demonstrate and coach by example around complex, large, bundled deal negotiations for a win/win for Fiserv and the client.
• We want you to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to identify developing client needs. Work closely/collaborate with all leaders within Client Services and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on maintaining superior customer service levels, innovation based on client needs and strategic insight/partnership.
• We also expect you to have excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster transparent dialog.
• We expect you to use industry trends and Fiserv offerings to demonstrate Fiserv value proposition. Which will allow us to increase ‘wallet share’ among our Strategic client base.

Qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree
• Five years + talent development and sales leadership experience.
• Ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships effectively in a matrix environment
• Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• Strong knowledge of sales processes
• Ability to travel at minimum 60%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Credit union industry experience
• Knowledge of Fiserv systems
• Fundamental knowledge of computer systems including host-based systems, especially financial data processing systems
