We are seeking an experience Executive Administrative Assistant who is motivated, team-oriented and committed to
providing a superior level of support and customer service to Capital’s senior leaders within our Insights & Analytics
group. Insights & Analytics is a growing function within Capital Group that drives business value and makes
meaningful contributions through the use of internal and external data, predictive analytics and data science. This
assistant will work with senior leaders in several disciplines (e.g. Business Analysis, Data Science, Data governance)
and will be valued and respected for the significant contributions they make to our organization and to the managers
they support.

Typical responsibilities would include:
• Coordinating and scheduling complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations,
• compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting space and arranging all details
• Interacting with internal clients in person, via phone, and via email
• Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and proofreading documents
• Making travel arrangements and creating expense reports
• Creating and updating reports utilizing various databases and Excel
• Various department specific projects
What would we like to see in your background?
• 10+ years of previous Executive Assistant experience at a large corporation supporting multiple C level
• executives
• Heavy experience with electronic calendaring and scheduling complex meetings
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international and expense reimbursement
• A desire and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and leverage opportunities for process
• improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Team player
