Product Manager
About the Role:
The Eagle Lending team is looking for a Product Manager, responsible for defining the strategic roadmap, product development, and support of Eagle Lending’s digital offerings. In the immediate term, this individual will work with a focus on client use cases/ user requirements, assessing potential vendor solutions, and developing client and employee communications and training materials. This individual will be responsible for monitoring competitor/ client/ product trends, prioritizing future product evolution, and soliciting/ championing the “voice of the customer” in internal planning and design discussions. This individual will work cross-functionally with front line producers (Relationship Managers and Associates), clients, digital channels, information security, operations and multiple vendors. While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take a tactical role with requirements, design, testing, deliverable preparation and other related activities.

Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide day-to-day oversight, management, reporting, and troubleshooting with products under management.
• Work alongside senior management and key stakeholders to champion the vision, scope and roadmap for Eagle Lending’s digital offerings. Effectively execute against the roadmap and provide on-going support for the Eagle Lending offerings.
• Perform the duties including but not limited to: create sound business requirements, act as liaison with cross functional teams, provide oversight of technology outputs, conduct usability testing, and manage production certifications and deployment.
• Develop deep understanding of internal and external clients’ use of various products. Accurately solicit and represent the “voice of the customer.”
• Define and analyze metrics that provide insight into the success of your products.
• Optimize the services of our partnered vendors by effectively managing the relationships and their deliverables.
• Keep abreast of competitive products and industry trends, and contribute findings to the maintenance of the product roadmap.
• Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.
• Keep abreast of regulatory, legal and industry best practices to maintain compliance and an appropriate level of risk, particularly related to internet security. Partner closely with leadership of Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Systems, Information Security and Compliance/ Legal to develop and recommend related risk management activities.
Qualifications
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Education/work experience:
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of product management required, digital lending offerings preferred
• Strong understanding and experience in executing complex software projects in the enterprise environment
• Highly adept user of MS Excel, MS Access, and common data analytics tools required
• Relevant experience acceptable as a member of a financial institution or consulting firm
