You Have (Requirements):
• Ability to empathize with users and translate user requests into actionable engagement specifications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales/Service Configuration and Administrator experience.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / Project Service Automation Solutions.
• Expertise in working with Offshore CRM Solution partners, managing multiple and competing demands.
• Good understanding of CRM integration requirements.
• Experience performing complex analytics.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
You Will (Job Responsibilities):
• Work with users to create Requirements document, Test the solution, and facilitate User acceptance tests.
• Work with CRM Solution partners to design, configure and implement solutions.
• Create customized forms, workflows, dashboards, etc. based on the needs of the users.
• Perform annual maintenance of the Dynamics 365 including but not limited to regular backups, testing/implementing version updates, and monitoring user licenses/access.
• Manage CRM data including but not limited to e-mail campaign clicks/opens, importing new leads & clients, and removing or merging data.
• Assist with new user onboarding, user access, and training.
• Provide CRM End User support on day to day usage with inquires and reporting.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to complete enhancements and other projects on an as need basis.
