THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Solutions Development team is comprised of some of the industry’s brightest minds available to help clients through this process – regardless a company’s size or industry.
ROLE
• Lead the client pursuit process from identifying targets, surfacing and diagnosing pain, shaping the buying vision, to tailoring the winning strategic solutions through ensuring seamless hand off to the account team and smooth start up Understand and clearly articulate to prospects and clients the extensive JLL service platform and products
• Pursue and develop relationships with existing and potential clients demonstrate your expertise, rigor, and passion
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the competitive environment and articulate JLL’s unique strengths and value proposition
• Partner with research and vertical leaders to ensure depth of knowledge of the Healthcare industry and each potential client’s business and company
• Leveraging internal experts, establish appropriate pricing strategy to ensure growth, profitability and client wins
• Establish strong partnerships with service and business line leaders throughout the globe to ensure solutions best address the client’s needs in the short- and long-term
• Remain tuned into new clients, e.g. participate in quarterly reviews to help identify opportunities to expand the client footprint by partnering with business and service line leaders
• Effectively leverage social media to demonstrate expertise, initiate conversations and contacts
• Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within the Healthcare industry to further advance the recognition of Jones Lang LaSalle as a leader
• Maintain accurate sales reporting information in National Sales Leader and CRM
• Lead contract negotiations such that we maximize profitability and appropriate manage risk to the firm

• Depth of knowledge in at least one key Real Estate service delivery area, e.g. Facility Management, Transactions, Project Development, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven capabilities in developing strategic solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies
• Expert in outsourcing solutions across a wide array of clients
• Ability to effectively navigate through complex sales cycles
• Established sales aptitudes
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience, an MBA or similar post-graduate studies.
