The Global Talent Assessment team designs, implements, and advises on cutting-edge strategic frameworks to identify and assess talent and inform people decisions from pre-hire through exit. We achieve this missions by driving the firm’s strategy across multiple pillars of working including 360-degree feedback promotions, talent reviews, competency modeling, succession planning, and employee experience and engagement surveys.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a member and leader of the Global Talent Assessment team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering an integrated strategy that enhances the experience of leaders, managers, and employees across the firm. This role will focus on talent assessment initiatives across several pillars of work. Key responsibilities include:
• Serving as an advisor to the firm in designing and implementing new talent assessments and tools
• Leading project teams to facilitate firmwide talent assessment processes, such as promotions or talent reviews, in partnership with HCM Talent Advisors and divisional/regional leadership
• Advising on talent assessment trends, best practices and the external vendor landscape
• Enhancing our firm’s talent strategy through data-driven insights and people analytics, in partnership with our HCM Reporting, People Analytics and Organizational Research teams
• Serving as a career manager to members of the Global Talent Assessment team
QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment, and/or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated interest and experience in talent assessment, talent management, organizational development, and/or other related fields
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive consensus and influence outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel
• Experience in a global team environment
