Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop more complex graphic content for use across different mediums and published across company print, social and/or digital marketing channels. Develop and deliver print and/or digital graphic content for broader/more complex marketing initiatives. Areas of focus may include one or more of the following: Product brochures Displays Presentations Web applications Mobile or interactive media Social e-Mail Recommend graphics design standards and techniques consistent with marketing objectives to marketing and/or business partners. Coordinate with marketing and business partners to define and execute graphics requirements that complement overall functionality and purpose of the design effort. Ensure that assigned design initiatives support business objectives, delivering required look, feel and appeal. Utilizes a wide array of graphics applications, software, tools and equipment to create designs. Stays abreast of cutting edge technology and makes recommendations on potential enhancements. Manage longer term projects. Assist in defining design parameters/strategies that capture and project corporate identify and maximize style, brand identification and visually translate desired impact. May provide technical guidance and/or training to other designers. Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
Under General Supervision, develops more complex graphic design of marketing content for multiple assigned medium. Position does not manage others, but may provide guidance and/or training to less seasoned team members. General Supervision: Incumbent independently performs a variety of duties, including potentially complex duties within established policy guidelines; responsible for a defined set of assignments; is expected to set priorities and meet specific goals and objectives of the function or unit.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design from AIGA accredited school or equivalent experience preferred. Typically of 5-7 years of related experience. Thorough knowledge of a wide variety of digital and graphics design presentation tools, techniques and applications, including animation, interaction and other developing capabilities. Thorough Knowledge: Possesses advanced knowledge of subject matter in order to solve unusual as well as common work problems.

Intermediate project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced verbal communication skills and ability to interact with others across departments. Advanced ability to think creatively and outside the box in developing designs for marketing efforts. Intermediate analytic and problem solving skills. Intermediate skill/competency level: demonstrates solid knowledge and ability; can apply the competency with minimal or no guidance, in the full range of typical situations. Requires guidance handling novel or more complex situations Advanced skill/competency level: demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability; can apply the competency in new or complex situations. May guide other professionals.
