Position Summary:
• Primarily focused on leveraging sales systems/tools (i.e. SalesForce) to drive sales and client retention. Incumbent(s) will work directly with senior leadership in defining requirements and supporting SalesForce goals; tasked to maximize effectiveness, productivity, and decision making of the sales team, while aligning with business goals and downstream processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the migration of SalesForce usage to drive top line growth.
• Utilizing SFDC data and system capabilities to manage opportunity pipeline and prepare contact / acquisition strategies with producers and track results.
• Creating, conducting, and updating training, for new hires as well as continued education, to deliver against goals.
• Partners with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and design solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience and drive system adoption.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Salesforce capabilities and best practices, working closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce using best practices.
• Identifies and helps implement improvements in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and quality of Salesforce data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant SalesForce experience.
• Demonstrated track record of leading initiatives and executing strategies resulting in revenue and client growth.
• Ability to manage / perform tasks related to day-to-day operations of a 300+ user Salesforce environment (e.g., workflows, approvals, organization hierarchies, page layouts, alerts and notifications, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
Preferred Requirements:
• Proven experience in building Salesforce environment to support client growth and retention.
• Previous experience in a key operational, consulting and/or strategic role utilizing Salesforce as an enabler for driving business performance.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience desirable.

• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills; able to influence people without direct reporting relationship.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
