Job Description
Treasury Management & Business Deposit Services Product Manager
The Treasury Management and Business Deposit Services (TM and BDS) Product Manager will work with the TM and BDS Leadership team as well as the Business Bank to focus on customer experience and product integration/execution. This position will cultivate strong relationships across all of TM and BDS as well as the Business Bank to improve and refine our approach to customer experience, product execution, and capturing voice of customer. In addition, this position will lead and participate in a wide range of projects across the landscape of TM and BDS products and services.
*This position can be based at either our Livonia or Auburn Hills, MI offices

Position Responsibilities:
• Plays a key role in the ongoing strategic planning for Treasury Management and Business Deposit Services.
• Develops and implements strategic direction as it related to a holistic customer experience within TM and BDS and works with all areas to implement.
• Work with all teams in TM/BDS to improve on product execution -- process, requirements, best practices.
• Works on planning for Strategic Advisory Council and other voice of customer initiatives.
• Understand TM and BDS competitive landscape and profiles -- identify key takeaway's, develop repository to document and maintain.
• Represents the bank, TM and BDS and customer interests by actively contributing as a key decision maker on various project teams.
• Develop technical skills to be an industry expert and to keep pace with industry evolution and advances related to Treasury Management products -- understand Third party systems our customers use and how TM services fit within those systems.
• Identifies potential product and operational risks, evaluates all possible alternatives to mitigate risks, implement processes to manage risk within acceptable standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of banking/financial services experience OR High School Diploma (or the Equivalent) and 8 years of banking/financial services experience
• 6 years of customer experience and/or relationship management experience
• 4 years of project management experience and managing through significant change initiatives
• 4 years of experience in bringing creative solutions to the table to improve customer experience and ability to demonstrate innovative thinking
