The Processing Specialist role supports the CORE business are of the Life and Retirement Contact Center by providing fast and accurate correspondence to our Agents and Policy Holders. The Correspondence department is a customer service processing area that works hand in hand with various departments to ensure we communicate the most efficient and clear information to our clients regarding their policy activity.

Responsibilities:
• Process daily correspondence requests in AWD for Company systems
• Utilize knowledge of UL products to research and correspond with agents and policy owners
• Monitor escalation email box for the correspondence department and maintain timely responses to escalation requests.
• Maintain knowledge of business operations to route non correspondence work to respective areas within the company
Minimum qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of prior Processing/Data entry experience preferred.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
