Release Manager, Advisory
What does a great Release Manager, Advisory do at Fiserv?
The Release Manager role is responsible for the Application release process including scheduling and coordinating of software releases for the Bank Solutions Business Unit. This role oversees all aspects of the release cycle to deploy application changes into our data center environments and coordinates all internal Fiserv areas involved in the work effort. The Release Manger is also responsible for quality improvement efforts to continually enhance the experience for our clients and consumers.
You’ll enjoy:
• Scope and define deployment efforts and managing timeframes
• Oversee operations and client readiness training and education efforts
• Manage software versioning and testing efforts through lower environments
• Coordinate maintenance window activities, oversee capacity planning of resources to execute and validate changes
• Communicate and track post deployment software issues

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
•Bachelor Degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
•8 Years of Quality Assurance, Client Services or Release Management experience
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
Candidates with e commerce application experience are encouraged to apply
Travel – up to 10 percent
