Description
The Card Product Analyst will analyze, track and provide reporting for all credit, debit and prepaid products offered by Wintrust Community Banks, including (but not limited to) credit cards, debit cards, consumer reloadable prepaid cards, gift cards, award cards and other projects as assigned. The Card Product Analyst will work closely with team members to partner with product implementations of any online and mobile products that touch cards. Also assists the Digital Channel Manager with the management of the credit card relationship with Wintrust Community Bank’s 3rd party credit card provider.
• Create and design key performance metrics on a regular schedule to help drive key business results.
• Manage projects as assigned managing through matrixed resources to deliver results on schedule.
• Provide/recommend/identify solutions to Wintrust banks regarding customer and employee issues with cards.
• Review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommend where automation or improvement processes can be implemented.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years related work experience in financial industry, systems, or data management.
• College degree in related area preferred but not required.
