The VP, Consumer Engagement Lead, RGAX designs data driven health and wellness strategies to deliver compelling digital approaches to consumer engagement that results in improved health outcomes and life time value.
Identifies and manages relationships with strategic partners, collaborates with clients and entrepreneurs, and provides strategic and operational thought leadership to our global team.
Serves as a member of the management team, providing leadership and guidance in the development of integrated business strategies that supports RGAx’s mission to help people live longer, healthier, more financial secure lives.
Responsibilities
• Develop novel or disruptive approaches to engaging with consumers across generations
• Establish new, and improve upon existing processes to cross-sell products and services
• Ensure rules and regulations regarding the deployment of health and wellness offerings are understood and followed
• Partner with product development and management teams to support the creation and implementation of new consumer facing solutions
• Collaborate with the data and analytics team to identify audiences, drive personalization, and ensure measurable campaigns
• Leverage existing, and explore new technologies that ensure a seamless consumer experience from lead generation through conversion, retention and engagement
• Monitor advancements in digital health for new product, program and service opportunities
Requirements
Education and Experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
• 10+ years direct to consumer communication experience
Preferred:
• 5+ years insurance experience
• Master’s Degree or MBA
• Expertise consumer health and engagement
Skills and Abilities
• Required: Experience developing and executing consumer engagement programs
• Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to establish and implement a vision and goals that result in success through leadership skills, collaboration, creative thinking, and persistence
• Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal and external partners
• Experience with managing change to ensure understanding adoption
• Advanced investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks, projects and/or teams simultaneously
• Ability to handle changing priorities and delegate key areas of responsibility
• Expertise in translating business needs and problems into viable solutions
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes
• Ability to lead, mentor, manage and develop associates with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Willing to make timely and effective decisions
• Inspired to foster a collaborative and client centric environment
