Role:
The Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) Inclusion strategist has the primary responsibility for engagement and delivery of the TA Inclusion model globally in conjunction with delivering Corporate HR objectives. Additionally this individual will:
• Operationalize along with TA leadership, the diversity supplier management framework
• Create custom solution stacks for multiple business units from TA’s view point
• Represent and drive diversity linked events for Mastercard
• Analyze diversity data to identify areas of opportunity aligned with TA’s diversity goals
• Coordinate with corporate D&I and Talent team leads on collective efforts globally pertaining to Diversity programs, data, approach and events
• Coordinate TA’s diversity budget aligned with priorities
• Identify diversity linked technology tools (education tools, unconscious bias etc.) specifically and TA’s tech stack in general
• Lead the Governance model for TA by ensuring process adherence, existing and upcoming regulatory requirements and market trends
• Coordinate and represent TA in internal (such as Business Resource Groups) and external forums (i.e. Grace Hopper etc.)
• Participate in UI/UX journey map within TA
All About You:
Demonstrated experience as a change agent. Drive and passion to impact an inclusive workforce objective. Experience driving change supported through analytics.
Skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and consensus building. Strong understanding of HR Technology Platforms. Experience threading themes across multiple tech platforms. Experience evaluating/onboarding new technology/application needs.
BA/BS required.
