About the Role:
This position is a newly created role within Enabling Solutions and the successful candidate will work on the development and execution of initiatives to develop a needs-based structure for talent and resourcing in support of the LEAP initiatives.
This role will interface with the Group Operations Officers and their teams, USB Strategy groups, Human Resource Centers of Expertise and Human Resource Business Partners
This position will report to the Vice President, Strategy and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead creation of the LEAP Talent Acquisition Framework as the Chief Product Owner
− Establish a common, horizontal capability to acquire, train and deploy critical talent to the LEAP initiatives from both internal and external sources, in a way that creates enterprise visibility, excitement and speed.
− Drive talent based program development in support of US Businesses strategic initiatives.
− Interface with HR business partners and CoEs to ensure alignment with Enterprise strategies and programs.
− Develop an approach to monitor and improve performance over time including delivery against defined outcomes, identification of issues/barriers to success, points of integration and dependencies across multiple, interconnected initiatives.
− Incorporate agile-based concepts into the practice while leveraging existing approaches and frameworks.
• Manage an aligned strategy and drive execution and coordination for multiple cross business projects within by the Enabling Solutions
− Manage a portfolio of strategic projects with focus and iteration.
− Coordinate and orchestrate aligned implementation in partnership with the Customer Office and US Business functions.
Partner with all stakeholders including Finance, Service and Technology to ensure plans are robust and endorsed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project management with emphasis on program development, agile product development organization effectiveness or talent acquisition related experience
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and planning with tactical execution and delivery to achieve expected outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Able to work effectively with all levels across businesses throughout the Enterprise
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, coaching, consultation and collaboration
• The ability to lead and influence others, from senior leader to associate levels
• Proven track record as intelligent risk taker and creative problem solver
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Willing to be in Newark, NJ at least 60-75% of the time the first year.
