• Learn about infrastructure technology solutions within the financial services industry.
• Build relationships with Account/Sales Executives, product Management, Finance, Law Department and fellow team members.
• Think creatively about how to affect sales and contract processes within the organization as it grows with a focus on the client experience.
• Drive the process around generating client-facing proposals and initial contracts to be delivered by the Sentry sales team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work with Sentry solution engineers and Sentry sales teams to develop client-facing proposals for infrastructure technology solutions.
• Drive the process of proposals and contracts by working with department leadership, Sentry Product Management, Finance and Legal.
• You will be working with Contract Administration teams throughout Fiserv to generate initial contracts on a deal-by-deal basis
• You will also support the Product Management team to build database of responses to address questions on Requests for Proposal.
• We want you to communicate with Sentry sales leadership and operations teams on status of open and delivered contracts.
• We need you to assist with developing and maintaining standard processes for the Sentry sales organization for the purposes of onboarding new staff members.
• Also, work with internal tools such as eCRM (Salesforce) and Sharepoint as vehicles for communication / obtaining information.

Qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Travel required up to 25%.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Prior experience in working with Sales Executives and members of the Leadership team.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• 3+ years of back office/support experience
• We would like you to have some knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet skills.
• Prior exposure to proposal generation, contract creation, pro forma development and sales reporting
• 3+ years’ experience working with various work streams including Vice President, Directors, Managers, Technical and Administrative staff, as well as teaming partners
