Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD) has an opening for a Creative & Digital Event Specialist.
Job Purpose
Responsible for registration website development, coordination of registration process, event registration setup per requirements, coordination of event management systems and analytics.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the creation, development and management of the event and meeting program, registration websites and meeting/event application.
• Develop and distribute communications of registration sites, app downloads and any other communications as related to internal/external meetings and events.
• Utilize continuous training tools to keep abreast of event/meeting management systems features and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendor’s program support and operations as necessary to build event pages.
• Collaborate with Event Planners to create custom registration sites, event check-in pages and websites.
• Responsible for final testing and proofing to ensure all functions and reports are working correctly and reporting accurate information.
• Responsible for reviewing the critical pre-launch checklist of important details before launching a website (Content, Proofing, Functionality, Security).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create meeting/event marketing materials.
• Track event RSVP’s and all other event management related requirements.
• Post program reports and data analysis, post program survey creation, post program results.
• Keep up to date on enhancements to all internally used technologies.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of Hospitality and Meetings & Incentive Industry.
• Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Cvent, web-based registration systems.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to write, contribute and/or proof website copy
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to design within provided parameters.
• Proactive with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work with different management levels across the organization.
• Willingness to work as a team and assist as needed outside the essential functions.
• Some travel, up to 20%, may be required.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience required in meetings, travel, trade show, and/or hospitality industries preferred.
• Well versed in an event management system.
• Some experience with creating and maintaining websites.
