We are in search of an experienced Supervisor to lead our team responsible for data entry on our Debit and Credit Card portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring the timely and quality entering of new accounts and maintenance changes to meet and exceed our clients expectations.
• Expertly handle client escalations and issues when needed.
• Manage all inquiries from associates and resolve reporting conflicts for the Bank’s high value Rewards clients.
• Act as Manager Designee when the Bankcard Operations Manager is out of the office or unavailable.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years customer service, data entry or accounting experience to include a minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
Additional Requirements:
Strong oral/written communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Accounting skills.
Ability to handle escalated/complex customer calls, inquires and research.
Knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
2 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of First Citizens Bank and Card Operations vendor systems.
