Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with knowledge of and keen interest in marketing, project management, and analytics to join our Marketing Analytics and Campaign Operations Team.
The successful candidate will provide execution support for direct to consumer marketing campaigns and related reporting by developing and maintaining integrated project and resource plans, and helping teams to stay on schedule.
This position will involve frequent and direct interactions with marketing and sales partners and will require qualified candidate to be service-oriented, efficient and able to deliver results within tight timelines.
Essential Functions/Specific Duties:
• Define project tasks and resource requirements, coordinate and communicate with internal customers and partners to set and manage expectations, highlight and resolve issues and ensure an overall excellent experience working with the Marketing team;
• Work directly with external vendors, IT, and Legal as necessary to ensure that project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards;
• Marketing Analytics - Provide analysis and reporting on campaign results and recommendations for future criteria improvements directly to marketing managers; Identify road blocks and help remove or mitigate any negative impact to the projects;
• Lead internal team initiatives and serve as a resource to teammates with regard to project process, guidance, feedback, etc.
• Own documentation for critical data processing procedures;
• Any other job responsibilities requested by management.
Required qualifications:
• College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields;
• 1 to 3 years of experience or multiple internships in project management or business analysis, preferably in Financial Services industry;
• Understanding principles of Direct Marketing and Marketing Analytics;
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a results-oriented leadership style and the ability to report project status to management and project team(s).
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle (or similar) relational databases;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines imposed by rapid business growth, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines.
Conditions of Work:
• Work in office cubicle environment;
• Use of computer and keyboard much or most of each day;
• Overnight travel may be needed, but is not expected to exceed 2 nights per month.
