JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the development, set-up and execution of the Banc of California, N.A. (“the Bank”) email, web, social and multi-channel marketing efforts. Utilize the Bank’s marketing automation system on a regular basis to build emails, develop landing pages and set up and configure campaigns. Support digital marketing efforts to create new web pages and edit content. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build all digital elements of marketing campaigns, including emails, forms, landing pages, metric reports and system integration with marketing automation platform.
2. Utilize technology to build digital experiences across web and social platofrms, through the use of content, graphics, videos and page development.
3. Responsible for executing website content edits and additions.
4. Works cross-functionally with marketing team and in tandem with Sr. Director, Brand Marketing to develop, track and execute division-specific strategies and marketing initiatives.
5. Perform testing of campaign elements and interactions; execute quick iterations to test theories and designs.
6. Develop and present analytics/KPI reports for all digital assets and campaigns
7. Engage with team members regularly to ensure agreement and efficacy of key campaign priorities, adjust as needed due to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
8. Work external agencies and across development teams to enhance functionality and features as needed to support marketing experiences and website UX
9. Participates and strategically advises on campaign briefs and summaries to guide marketing teams and vendors, and ensures that content is effectively communicated in sales and marketing tools, including web, social media and campaigns.
10. Manages processes within the team to ensure smooth work and project flow for marketing’s needs.
11. Supports the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing on all assigned strategic branding, marketing and corporate communications initiatives.
12. Manage day-to-day relationships with external digital marketing agencies
13. Ensure optimization of all digital programs with a focus on driving awareness and consumer engagement including analyzing, interpreting and providing guidance to management in regards to data and event engagement (e.g. return on investment, engagement etc.).
14. Work proactively with team members to identify solutions and opportunities for the Bank’s email and web marketing interactions.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Knowledge of marketing technologies and concepts.
• Ability to write content for web pages and social posts
• Ability to provide creative and art direction when appropriate
• Advanced knowledge of Eloqua or other top tier marketing automation platform
• Knowledge of online technology with particular focus social networks (including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter), mobile and other emerging platforms
• Advanced skills in content management systems, including WordPress.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
• Advanced understanding of Google Web Tools, including Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools and Data Studio
• Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Intermediate math skills; calculate common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 (4) or more years of experience working in a marketing team.
• Proven success in creating email and web campaign interactions.
• Experience with marketing automation applications (Eloqua 10 preferred), content management, and CRM systems.
• Proven experience utilizing HTML/CSS to code emails and landing pages, including responsive coding concepts.
• Demonstrated success in developing, testing and deploying marketing campaigns.
• Success in project managing multiple marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Experience implementing successful digital strategies with a proven ability to utilize best practices and process improvements.
• Experience in the Banking industry preferred.
