To ensure our continued success, we're looking for a seasoned professional to be dedicated to business integration leadership to acquired firms post-acquisition. Candidate will be responsible for managing initiatives that range in size and complexity as well as the budgets and tasks required to accomplish them.
The ideal candidate should bridge and align efforts with the vision, goals, and business roadmap of the TPA Solutions organization to successfully complete assigned initiatives that support these objectives. Expectations include: coordinating and optimizing integration initiatives, leading new associates through change management, and obtaining the maximum control and benefits available while creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new teams.
Responsibilities:
Planning
• Leads the effort to develop and refine business integration plans for each acquisition (many concurrent efforts) by coordinating the initial effort in collaboration with TPA Solutions Executive leadership, acquisition leadership, VP of Integration and all other integration workstream leads.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize resources and work effort through appropriate planning
• Produce, analyze, and report financial saving targets
• Collaborate with others to create overall initiative delivery strategy and project plans.
• Develops communication plan and change capabilities for assigned initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new operating procedures.
Execution
Successfully fulfills the responsibilities of an integration lead including but not limited to these major duties:
• Creates a disciplined strategy, process, and execution plan
• Assists with planning and coordinating initiative scope, schedule, launch and communication strategy, risks and mitigations, training strategy, milestones and needed resources.
• Assists with management of initiative budgets. Ensure proper review and pre-approval of potential budget increases before proceeding.
• Identifies, communicates and resolves initiative issues effectively.
• Assists with strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
• Reports the progress, as well as the challenges, to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures focus on current and upcoming activities.
• Working with project team members to execute the successful implementation of the initiatives.
• Provides clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing, to various levels of the organization and stakeholders.
• Develops and implements change procedures to ensure successful project completion.
Leadership
• Coordinates deliverables with VP of Integration and integration team members.
• Models the I-Client philosophy and the Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always®. Displays leadership qualities including collaboration, dedication, openness, creativity, fairness, and assertiveness.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service aptitude.
• Assesses training needs and formulates recommendations for appropriate training classes and tools for consideration by team members.
• Lends expertise and guidance to our new leaders and teams.
• Recognizes areas for integration improvement and develops plans for implementing improvements.
Governance
• Provides oversight and identifies when acquisition decisions/behavior are not in alignment with budgets and business practices.
• Complies with company and business unit policies/procedures and assists others in adhering to established standards.
• Conducts and publishes the results of lessons learned after each post-acquisition activity is complete.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in leading significant corporate initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience or equivalent retirement or financial services experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to lead diverse groups to achieve common objective
• Knowledge of PC applications including SQL and MS Office products
• Ability to create and maintain project documents including project plan using Microsoft Project, as well as Midaxo (M&A software tool)
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required
