Supervises 4-8 non-exempt team members within Commercial Loan Servicing Accounting who are responsible for booking loans and commitments to the Commercial Loan accounting system, posting payments and advances, and providing support to internal customers.
• Leads, coaches, trains and manages the performance of team members
• Manages workflow, projects, operational changes resulting from policy, procedure or system changes.
• Subject matter expert on team functional responsibilities.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Manage internal customer relationships through daily transactional responsibilities and SLA’s
• Fast pace environment with extremely visible results with pressure on timely responses to the market and high accuracy to protect bank.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Preferred applicants will have:
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience; or combination of post-secondary education, 5 years in related field, or 1 year supervisory experience
• Excellent PC skills and working knowledge of the systems used in CLS, experience with the CLS Shaw system preferred
• Able to communicate independently and effectively with Sr. Management through written and spoken means, as well as able to communicate clear instructions to team
• Adept at situation analysis and able to resolve issues for Relationship Managers and team members independently
• Excellent interactive skills able to provide independent resolution of personnel, team, work flow, and customer relation issues
• Able to manage functions independently, realigning assignments as required, to meet goals
