Digital Finance Description
Digital Finance, a subdivision of CCBD, is composed of the firm’s digitally-led consumer businesses which include the global online consumer deposits business and the US online consumer lending business, the firm’s first-ever direct-to-consumer platform built from the ground up. Summary
In your role as VP, Deposits Digital Marketing you will own and manage Marcus US Deposits digital, including end to end marketing operations and coordination with the brand team, strategy, and production. You will report to the MD, Marcus US Deposits and closely cooperate with multiple functions across CCBD, and develop and execute digital marketing tactics to achieve targeted deposit volume while increasing Marketing effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage and adapt digital marketing strategy to achieve achieving deposit volume and achieve marketing effectiveness
• Manage digital agency, financial aggregator and paid search vendors to optimize performance, with emphasis on conversion rates for new accounts.
• Develop and oversee media tactics to drive traffic to the website and call center.
• Partner with Digital product management to determine appropriate tools/elements within the marketing technology platform designed to measure and optimize marketing results.
• Manage all processes associated with digital campaign creation/approval, traffic generation, conversion, and testing/optimization.
• Hire, train, and manage a team required to deliver digital marketing results.
Skills & Experience
• In order to be successful in this role you will have extensive (10+years) experience in digital/web marketing. You will have expertise in search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), email, performance marketing, online media and display advertising.
• Your knowledge of direct-to-consumer direct response marketing and web marketing tools are second to none.
• You will have strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in interpreting data and translating into insight-driven strategies. As well as being strategic, execution focused and able to work across multiple competing priorities.
• You will be degree qualified and have prior experience managing within and across teams, with the ability to motivate people through your passion for what you do.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products with emphasis in online banking, will be highly regarded.
