The primary focus of the Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to support the Talent Acquisition department in all phases of the recruitment lifecycle. The Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the recruiting team, as well as, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to help grow the talent pipeline and promote employer branding. The Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator is often the first company representative a candidate meets; this position is instrumental in effectively communicating our talent brand internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Support administrative processes for all phases and types of talent acquisition, while proactively driving open items to closure
• Schedule phone and onsite interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Facilitate candidate reception for onsite interviews
• Assist TA team members in creating requisitions in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), posting to career pages and approved external job and college boards
• Provides an exceptional candidate experience by moving candidates through the process quickly and professionally with clear communication that embodies our customer-focused culture
• Utilize creative means and best practices to research, source, attract, and contact possible candidates to develop a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Track recruiting processes within ATS
• Arrange candidate travel, as needed
• Assist with other projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business, or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruiting Coordination, Administrative/Clerical work or in a similar/equivalent position
• Knowledge of Recruiting and HCM systems, Avature and Workday experience preferred, but not required
• Quick and accurate communication is key for this role, as this role frequently interacts with varying levels of candidates, hiring managers, field hiring teams, and other stakeholders
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to make intelligent decisions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
