Experian Consumer Services is looking to hire a Product Manager responsible for our Personal Loan vertical. The Product Manager – Personal Loans will be part of our RightOffer business which is dedicated to supporting the full lifecycle of products and features related to 3rd-party lead generation offers (e.g. credit cards, personal loans, student loans, etc.) on the Experian.com website. RightOffer leverages capabilities across multiple Experian business units, with delivery coming from multiple teams across the organization.
The Product Manager for Personal Loans will be responsible for:
• Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Personal Loans product experience across various channels, with an understanding of how it fits into and contributes to overall RightOffer business.
• Lead via agile and waterfall product development methodology across various business units
• Maintain deep knowledge and insight of competitive landscape, along with research on core consumer and client needs
• You will be the point person responsible for driving growth and success for Personal Loans business. You will do so by working across Design, Engineering, Data Analytics and our Decisioning teams to develop, prioritize, and execute roadmaps, strategic plans, and individual projects/features in the relevant product area.
• Lead the effort to develop clear and compelling product requirements / user stories for new initiatives as well as existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact.
• Manage and communicate project schedules, goals, and dependencies, drive cross-functional initiatives, and regularly represent status to senior leadership
• Monitor product adoption, proactively identifying opportunities and making actionable recommendations to drive product uptake and effectiveness.
• Drive a fast-paced, experimentation-led culture for the team

• Excellent Communication Skills– Ability to communicate vision thoughtfully and plan for external/internal buy-in and alignment. Ability to “sell” and teach concepts to multiple types of audiences (consumers, sales, executives, clients, media).
• Relationship Management/Savvy – Can navigate multiple business units internally and can account for various stakeholders externally with ease.
• Organization Agility – Understands the inner workings of a large organization and working across teams for success.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter, fast moving, flexible
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of Experian systems and processes across Business Units and proven success collaborating across Business Units strongly preferred
• Degree in a technical discipline
• Ability for formulate and communicate a business case
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Personal Loan vertical
• Ability to travel +/- 30% of the time
