We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for our high-volume operational areas.
• The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruiter performance and continual process improvement to ensure that the best talent is hired into the organization
Responsibilities in your area will include:
• Manages the staffing function and develops and implements the entire recruiting lifecycle
• Manages and develops a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators
• Manages operational elements of recruitment marketing, sourcing, and recruitment administration
• Drives innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to create team best practices
• Partners with HR and other internal customers to optimize the talent acquisition process
• Develops and manages external partnerships with vendors, universities, and sourcing partners. (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)
• Monitors recruitment costs and ensures right sources are used effectively
• Prepares recruitment reporting, analyzes trends and proactively thinks of ways to improve processes based on data
• Manage process improvement processes to optimize department
• Manages ad hoc projects as required
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience
• One year experience supervising a team or supporting Credit Acceptance recruiting for Senior Leadership
• Proficiency with automated Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Knowledge of staffing legal requirements
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing or high volume recruitment
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
