Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or AA or equivalent work experience desired.
• A minimum of 3+ years of responsible administrative support in a dynamic fast paced environment a must.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work under general supervision and usually on own initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with customer service or similar experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving ability with challenging deadlines.
• Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
• Maturity to handle multiple (multitasking), changing, and confidential issues and communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Must excel under pressure and with changing deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests and to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential.
• Your proactive problem solving skills, excellent judgment, positive attitude, superior organizational skills, and experience, will enable you to excel in this position.
