Job Summary
Locations: Chicago, Oak Brook, IL, Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angeles, LA, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Indianapolis, Grand Rapids & Columbus. We are open to other major cities with easily accessible airport access where we do not have a Crowe office location.
Job Summary:
The position provides support to the GRC Managed Services function relative to performing RSA Archer administrator tasks, including: the administration of reports, processing user access request, password resets, end user support and training, as well as first line support and problem troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include client scheduling, client invoicing, maintaining standard operating procedures and the creation of end user guides. Our Managed Services client teams help companies perform their business processes in an efficient manner by leveraging Crowe personnel to perform many tasks. Key daily job functions may include the following:
• Performing level 1 RSA Archer administrator support activities, as instructed by clients and Crowe personnel
• The creation and maintenance of Archer support documents and user guides.
• Tracking assessment activities and correspondence
• Supporting the production of status reports
• Assisting with staff scheduling and rescheduling
• Performing independence and conflict checks according to Firm protocol
• Supporting the billing process, including manually entering in invoice and expense information into client billing systems, generating a list of assessments to be billed based on tracking reports, and reconciliation of invoices received against assessments performed.
• Monitoring shared email inboxes and taking necessary response actions
• Coordinating the setup of virtual desktops for international resources
• Tracking contact information for stakeholders
• Escalating, including emails and phone calls for nonresponsive clients and third parties
• Spelling and grammar checks for deliverables and client communications
• Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Templates for the team generally and for specific accounts.
• Assisting in other RSA Archer activities, such as writing user test scripts, performing user acceptance testing and documenting configuration settings
Qualifications
• Proven learning agility to be proficient performing level 1 system administrator activities. RSA Archer eGRC experience preferred, not required.
• Basic to intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web based applications are required.
• Ability to teach and guide others on use of software, tool and process and utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients.
• Job Experience in coordination, communications, and tracking
• Experience working in a fast paced environment is highly preferred
• High energy level with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, professional presence and exceptional customer service.
• Highly effective and polished verbal and written communication skills with competency in grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage project schedules and client expectations
• Ability to function in high stress situations attributed to tight deadlines and multiple client needs or team needs.
• Demonstrate openness to new challenges and opportunities and continuous learning.
• Ability to work some overtime as needed around peak business periods, project schedules, meetings or events.
