Central Payment is seeking an articulate, confident, and persistent individual to join the Recruiting team. The Agent Recruiter will be responsible for enrolling Independent Sales Agents nationwide. You will be working in a fast-paced sales/call center oriented environment. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Explaining Central Payment’s independent sales representative position in simple and effective terms. Note, all independent sales representatives are 100% commissioned (1099) and setup as independent contractors.
• Working with candidates from beginning to end in the enrollment process (all correspondence will be done via phone and email)
• Highly concentrated phone activity (phone and sales experience a plus)
• Ability to achieve the departments daily/weekly/monthly expectations
• Manage candidate pipeline via CPAY’s applicant tracking system
• Ability to qualify and identify independent sales agents
• Corresponding/communicating with Sales Directors (relationship managers)
• Source passive candidates via resume databases and social media
• Multi task (phone/computer), prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
• Must be reliable, dependable and have GOOD attendance
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills, proper phone etiquette and professionalism a must
• Good computer skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Phone/Sales/Tele-Sales experience a plus
• Past telemarketing experience a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Team-oriented approach
Hourly wage (DOE) & monthly bonus plan. Medical/Dental Benefits after 90 day probationary period. Full time – 40hrs/week / Monday – Friday.
