Role Value Proposition:
This role will be primarily responsible for the implementation of the Retirewise financial education workshops including system set up of events and customizing materials. Collecting and inputting data into the events to complete the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and prioritize events for workshops for a PlanSmart region to FSR’s upcoming workshops and materials for sales team for events that have passed
• Identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve issues and communicate the end results and process improvements to all internal partners as well as interfaces with sales team/Strategic Analytics and Marketing to get work done
• Handle diverse and complex situations which may require identification and selection of solutions through acquired knowledge and enhanced problem-solving ability.
• Provides reporting including trends and statistics to management and builds relationships with Internal contacts including Account Executives
• Proven ability to be self-directed and can work independently and helps support and grow sales team with Financial Education Implementation support
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• Minimum 3-4 years of related business experience
• High School Diploma
• PC proficient and able to navigate in multitude of systems and databases at the same time
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, primarily an above average user of Microsoft Excel and some knowledge of Access.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work well meeting deadlines and under pressure
• Produce consistent results with attention to detail
• Work well with other business partners / team members
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Job Summary: Perform sales support related activities to optimize the sales outcomes of the supported sales force. Address and research clients’ questions and administration issues from MetLife sales force, producers, brokers, agents or prospect contacts; Facilitate resolution of their inquiries and issues typically via phone calls, correspondence or emails. Compile sales data or metrics from the sales force; Analyze, interpret and report out on sales results to guide business decisions; Maintain databases or oversee development of systems or tracking mechanisms to further enhance sales opportunities. Help develop and produce client proposals and presentations for producers. Develop, review, organize, and distribute marketing materials to facilitate effective competitive positioning of product line supported. Create and ensure overall strength and consistency of sales communications across supported sales organization.
Functional Responsibilities: Demonstrate a good amount of product knowledge which often requires certain insurance licenses (e.g. series 6, 63, Life & Health etc.). Frequent client interface, and may begin to build relationships with clients or internal contacts. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment according to FLSA criteria. Handle more diverse types of situations which requires identification and selection of solutions through application of acquired knowledge. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None. May serve as team leader but no formal, direct supervisory responsibility.
Typical Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. 3-4 yrs relevant experience. Series 6 and 63 licenses.
