Seeking a Financial Analyst to be a part of a business management team with responsibilities for financial oversight, spend tracking, forecasting, vendor contract management, and reporting for a global IT infrastructure division. We work in close cooperation with Finance, IT Senior Management, Product Management, Project Management, and Firmwide Sourcing.
Primary responsibilities:
Financial analysis and spend management
Resource management
Projects and products management
Monthly & Quarterly financial management reporting and analysis
Refinement of business and operational metrics
Participation in monthly vendor contract pipeline management
Conducting TCOs on products and programs
Qualifications
Skills Required:
At least 5 years of accounting or financial controller experience
Strong analytical skills
Experience with financial reporting for a technology organization
Excellent written & verbal communication skills:
Expert with Excel (using formulas and pivot tables) and creating management presentations in PowerPoint
Works well collaboratively and is detail-oriented
Skills Desired:
Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (operating systems, servers, storage, networking)
