Description
The Customer Analytics Mgr III is responsible for providing analysis, insights, and recommendations on marketing campaigns and business strategy, using customer data to answer key business questions. The incumbent supports customer-centric decision making by understanding the needs of various stakeholders and providing data-driven insights to address those needs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Supports the overall business focused on customer and marketing analytics across the globe.
• Uses data to analyze marketing strategies and campaigns, including Loyalty, produce actionable learnings and recommendations, to maximize revenue and lifetime value of customers.
• Designs analysis plans to measure performance, behavior, and trends of existing and future customers.
• Performs analysis with a focus on driving actionable insights.
• Communicates learnings and recommendations to varying audiences of all levels globally.
• Participates in discussions with various stakeholders across the globe, including regional marketing teams, market research, finance and data reporting teams, in order to understand business analysis needs and drive to efficient solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Educational background in marketing, business or some quantitative background in mathematics, statistics or engineering.
Experience
• 5+ years of customer or marketing analytics experience, preferably in a global or multicultural environment.
Essential Skills
• Strong technical and quantitative background.
• Experience accessing raw data and manipulating data in order to draw conclusions.
• A good level of organization – strong in project planning, relationship management and inter-personal skills.
• Experience managing deadlines and handling multiple priorities simultaneously with some supervision.
• Familiar with checking financial metrics, data tables, cross tabulating etc.
• Knowledge of MS office, with Intermediate level of Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
