Profile Summary:
****Currently seeking 2 Client Transition Specialist in Windsor, CT****
Serves as the main point of contact during retirement plan transition managing the plan installation process from plan receipt through plan go live.
Profile Description:
• Responsible for the transition of corporate defined contribution plans from external carriers to Voya and establishment of startup retirement plans.
• Responsible for the conversion of corporate plans from different products and platforms within Voya.
Education & Experience:
• BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate retirement plans
• Series 6 preferred or needs to be obtained within 6 months of start date
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Omni preferred
• Demonstrated analytical/problem solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues
• Will require overtime during busy periods ( last quarter – Nov and Dec in particular)
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Works well in an environment with deadlines and scheduled deliverables
