Description
Data isn’t helpful to people until they have the means to understand it. As a Senior Digital Analyst with TCF, you are in charge of providing those means. You're in charge of ensuring we collect meaningful data about our user’s interactions with our digital tools and taking that data to build a story to report on the success of our digital channels, predict future user and business needs, and provide input into prioritization of identified enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating reporting and conducting analysis for the usage of tcfbank.com and the digital account opening process;
• Provide regular reporting and create a consistent communication process for digital performance outcomes, keeping key partners and leaders informed on overall digital performance, insights and tracking towards KPI’s;
• Report on digital goals and KPIs;
• Bring a holistic approach to digital behavior by supplying data driven analytics to improve consumer segmentation and user experience information to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Marketing, and key business leaders to create analysis and reports to support goals and insights;
• Leverage available data to drive deep consumer level insights and predictive analysis;
• Act as a thought leader to anticipate new metrics and analytics needs;
• Proactively engage in monitoring of digital performance and digital data to create baseline expectations and understand the information to drive analysis, insights, and recommendations;
• Partner with product owners to recommend enhancements that will drive more strategic collection, use, and analysis of digital insights and data based on business priorities;
• Prepare and present reports, analysis, and presentations to colleagues and leaders;
• Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions;
• Perform complex conceptual analyses;
• Execute digital analysis and reporting strategies that are aligned with best practices;
• Possess a balance of analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality insights and analysis;
• Work within cross-functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive business decisions and technical solutions;
• Execute deliverables utilizing Tableau, Alteryx, Google Analytics, SQL, RStudio, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools;
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage the prioritization of multiple projects and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change;
• Work with less structured, more complex issues;
• Serves as a resource to others.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience);
• 3+ years’ experience with digital data strategy, reporting & analysis
• Experience communicating with Digital Product Owners, Developers, Marketing, and Business leaders;
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital analytics tools, Tag management services (Google, Adobe or similar), and common analytics and reporting tools;
• Tag management services experience (Google, Adobe or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital consumer experience data and analytics;
• Experience using Tableau, Alteryx, Google Analytics, SQL, and/or R Studio;
• Experience interpreting A/B testing results;
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
