Our Corporate Solutions Group is currently seeking a Business Intelligence & Technology Analyst and Liaison.You will work closely with the BI manager to generate, aggregate and analyze data to help better understand performance and interface with leaders throughout the account and company to facilitate the delivery and integration of JLL systems and technology. This is a great opportunity for an technically skilled individual willing to learn multiple service and leverage analytics and technology to influence the decision making process.
The Business Intelligence & TechnologyAnalyst and Liaison is charged with a wide variety of tasks. This person will manage the creation of reports and analytics using Jones Lang LaSalle’s and UnitedHealth Group robust technological tools and systems. The reports and analytics are client facing and require a high level of detail and experience in Business Intelligence Tools, languages, data interpretation and presentation. The Business Intelligence & Technology Analyst and Liaison will also be charged with effective daily coordination, support and administration of JLL’s RED Technology platform, helping to facilitate our technology delivery across the account. Activities may include, but are not limited to, new system rollout, existing system maintenance and updates, chartering, ticket submission, data quality testing, data warehousing and end user access.
What does this job involve?
Having the know-how
You’ll need to be fluent in reporting, analytics, data modelling and visualization, as well as system access, project management, testing and roll-out. In this role, you will take ownership of end to end processes, including development, testing, implementation, presentation and continuous improvement of BI and system solutions. In this role you will partner with business leaders, technology leaders and end users within both the JLL and Client organizations.

To be successful in this role, you should be a confident professional with broad skills in analyzing and solving complex business problems, writing and presenting, facilitating and influencing. This includes being able to extrapolate data for trending and forecasting Key Performance Indicators and providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of talented professionals.

Properly trained
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Real Estate, Project Management or related field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in project management or business intelligence position is highly regarded. Six Sigma certification or other certifications and experience related to process improvement and the statistical evaluation of those processes is highly valued. Experience in real estate brokerage, operations management, construction management or property management preferred.
Previous experience with the following data, business intelligence and statistical applications are a plus: Tableau, Power BI, Rest API, Python, SQL SAS, Access, MiniTab, R, Sharepoint.
Dynamic and Highly Skilled
You’ll need to be dynamic and technologically savvy and utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with planning team and lines of businesses. You will be successful if you have advanced skills in Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, and PowerView. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to consolidate data into Power Point for presentations to client and lines of business is highly valued. This role will also be responsible for testing and training new employees on all project software applications where appropriate and support projects through initiation to execution, ongoing follow ups, project success tracking and reporting and escalation You’ll be effective in you role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients. You’ll discover how to be proactive and innovative with solutions your stakeholders.
