Job TitleBusiness Process Analyst, Associate

Responsible for the management and administration of assigned operations support duties including the support of sales process, new client implementations, systems administration and executive team support.
BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR CONSIDERATION:
• You will coordinate the delivery of customer communications and client CRM contact information as directed by management team.
• Log customer and vendor communication activity in the company’s CRM, including calls, emails and certified mailings.
• Assist in the data entry of new prospect company/process information and vendor in CRM with supporting documentation filed to intranet (SharePoint).
• Coordinate the communication and delivery of annual due diligence support requirements to clients and timely delivery of client due diligence requests.
• Prepare sales pipeline reports from CRM solution for senior leadership review and pipeline discussions with sales team
• Draft and prepares agreements (completing data on existing templates), including Non-Disclosure Agreements, License Agreements, Proposals and Statement of Works (SOW’s).
• Coordinate the filing and processing of signed agreements to facilitate implementation, legal and accounting support obligations.
• File and maintains company record keeping online for agreements, NDAs, proposals and other customer/vendor communications.
• Coordinates monthly invoicing amounts for transaction fees and professional services.
• You will ensure funds are accurately and timely recorded to G/L.
• Responsible for tracking and supporting client collections as needed.
• Coordinate meeting set-up for executive team and third parties as requested.
• Provide system and staff administrative support to Program Manager / VP Product Management as it applies to Fiserv HR, Accounting and Operations process requirements.
• When information is supplied, build and maintain (and when applicable consolidate) sales reports, revenue and expense forecasts, status reports, financial models, power point roadmaps and other items as necessary.
• Lead and maintain confidential/sensitive information and matters.
• Supports new hire onboarding by ensuring all administrative tasks are complete. Including, but not limited to, equipment ordering, securing cube assignment, coordinating new hire’s schedule for their first day of employment, and handling the new hire experience.
• Handle the proper use and management of business unit intranet (SharePoint).
• Serve as the HR support escalation contact within the PCLender business unit and summarizes hiring plan status for executive team.
• Knowledge of CRM, Expense Management, Issues and project tracking systems (I.e. SalesForce, Jira, Concur, etc)
• Self-motivated with past experience demonstrating following through on details while keeping focused on the bigger picture.
• Experience of interacting positively with a high variety of personalities in a business office to get the job accomplished successfully.
• Demonstrate an individual who is technology savvy and has worked with a variety of software programs to get their job done effectively.
• Able to document process requirements and independently follow through on assigned and or recurring tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with a multitude of assignments at a time while maintaining work quality and meeting assigned deadlines.
• 3 years’ experience in mortgage banking and or technology support preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• College degree or equivalent preferred, especially a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of experience and education
