ice President, Workplace Strategies
We are seeking a Vice President to join our Consulting Workplace Strategies team based in Chicago, IL.
Our VP will lead Workplace Strategies assignments for a dedicated client team. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding agreed upon annual revenue goals, including specific sales / business development targets, help target Workplace Strategies clients and proactively promote services, enhance and expand existing Workplace Strategies capabilities and assist in positioning our firm as a leader in Workplace Strategies. You will work alongside other Strategic Consulting practices to drive integrated approaches.
What this job involves
• Lead consulting engagements with clients to establish new WS programs or enhance existing programs in order to reduce occupancy costs, attract/retain employees, enhance employee productivity, support change management and culture transformation, etc.
• Develop and deliver workplace consulting proposals and credentials presentations to secure new business
• Directly contribute to Strategic Consulting’s financial goals by supporting existing accounts and generating new business
• Work with consulting team members to continually refine and improve best in class consulting approaches in order to provide clients with best solutions available.
• Provide internal leadership and contribute to growth and differentiation of firm by developing industry leading WS capabilities and thought leadership; communicate this by authoring articles and speaking at various industry forums and JLL client events.
• Work synergistically with other Strategic Consulting practices and Corporate Solutions service lines, seeking opportunities for integrated services

• 8+ years’ experience in understanding, advising, and implementing effective workplace solutions.
• MBA desired
• Six Sigma credentials desirable
• LEED AP credentials desirable
• Strong networking abilities and established reputation (particularly regarding workplace strategies) within the corporate real estate industry.
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Strong project management and consulting team leadership skills.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of the following and how they support and/or drive workplace strategies:
• Technological advances
• HR practices and policies
• Communications and change management
• Organizational and leadership development
• Compliance/legal issues (e.g. safety, regulatory, licensing, information protection, privacy, etc.
• Ability to promote workplace strategies at senior levels within the firm.
• Ability to partner with external parties (e.g. think tanks, educational institutions, architects, etc.) to ensure we stay on top of cutting-edge workplace trends.
