Job Summary:
Term employment is an employment status in which the Bank hires an individual for a job function within the Bank, receiving all the benefits of a regular status employee, except separation pay programs, merit increases, job posting capabilities or holding a corporate title. If you are converted to a regular employment status position or are hired in a different regular employment status position within the Bank, the time worked as a term employee will count towards all benefits.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to work in our Lockbox Services department for a period of 1 year not to exceed 2 years.
Major Responsibilities:
• Entering information into specific files or forms from recorded material,
• hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.
Deciphering sloppy handwriting, garbled recordings, or faded text
• and transforming into digital data.
Keeping records of tasks, files and proofread reports.
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before
• submitting the final product.
Qualifications
Additional Information:
• This position requires under minimum supervision the candidate must ensure that the deposit preparation functions on remitted customer transaction are processed according to defined instructions.
• Processor must meet production quality and quantity standards within 90-days from start date.
• This position requires long-periods of sitting, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, 10-key by touch, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict time constraints.
• Must be flexible to work additional and overtime hours, to include holidays.
