Job Purpose
The Manager, Digital Campaigns is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns designed to engage, educate, acquire and nurture consumers and financial advisors through the use of marketing automation platforms. This position works closely with sales and marketing communication teams to oversee the construction of digital marketing campaigns that support business objectives. The Manager, Digital Campaigns will help establish and grow the Jackson digital marketing presence to enhance customer experience on all levels of the sales funnel, lead generation, loyalty, and sales growth (ROI).
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Acts as subject matter expert on all digital communications channels.
• Develops, executes, and manages email marketing campaigns, virtual event promotion and leads nurture programs.
• Works with Web Development and Ecommerce teams for website development and support.
• Supports continuous optimization of campaigns driving down costs (Cost-per-click & Cost-per-action) and increasing leads.
• Works with internal and external agencies to create compelling advertising messaging that supports business objectives.
• Assists with the creation of benchmarks for digital success, analyze KPIs for presentation to leaders.
• Implements digital media standards, best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Works closely with sales organization to ensure marketing activities are driving sales activity to deliver on business goals.
• Oversees creation of marketing material for digital communications.
• Contributes to the prioritization and allocation of resources for identified initiatives.

• Ability to be a creative thinker; ability to see the "big picture" and how all departments within the company are connected and work together.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Campaign Manager and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges into smart digital marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of business analytics, intelligence and campaign reporting.
• Ability to lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; active listener; ability to communicate at all levels across the company.
• Strong presentation skills in both large and small group settings; ability to speak/write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles to a variety of audiences.; Independent worker with drive and ability to thrive under uncertainty.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional departments and business units throughout the company to leverage existing digital assets and coordinate the development of new digital marketing initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while leading cross functional teams and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills (strong tactical execution).
• Proactively advocates and takes responsibility for work while seeking out solutions independently.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms with the ability to collect data accompanied with strong analytical skills.
• The ability to be flexible and professional while effectively managing multiple projects/tasks with tight timelines.
Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of related digital marketing experience required, preferably within the financial services industry.
• B2B experience required, experience working with financial services and/or insurance intermediaries preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
• Certifications in Google AdWords preferred, advanced search and advanced display advertising.
