What You'll Do
As a member of the Auto Finance team you'll join employees whose legacy of "doing it right" spans nearly 100 years. The Associate will provide the highest level of service to automotive dealer customers by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly attitude. The Associate will be responsible for providing support to the Sr. Director and Analysts in Dealer Credit with regards to wholesale, audit & retail, loans or portfolio management based on assigned responsibilities. The right candidate will excel if they like working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Need
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete objectives with accuracy.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Top notch written and oral communication skills
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business.
• 5 + years of experience in financial services or similar industry may be used as a proxy for education.
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Industry experience in Automotive / RV dealership wholesale / retail / loan administration a plus
