Responsibilities
• Interview client and perform all necessary due diligence to comply with US Patriot Act.
• Work with client and Treasury Management to collect and open deposit accounts.
• Work with attorney, client, RM and closer to make sure all requirements for closing are collected and loan is funded.
• Monitor borrowing base availability.
• Collect reimbursement from clients for legal fees.
• Follow up on expired insurance.
• Oversee team for coverage and performance.
• Train new hires.
Qualifications
• College degree preferred (or equivalent Commercial Banking work experience 7-12 years).
• Must be able to prioritize.
• Experience reviewing loan agreement and other legal documentation related to loan closings.
• Team player that can coach and train junior team members.
• Organized.
• Ability to interview clients and clearly document findings.
• Can communicate professionally with clients.
