Client Development englobes the Sales and Relationship Management teams, Marketing and the Client Services units. It defines and executes the Sales Strategy of BNP Paribas Securities Services.

Responsibilities:
Business Manager for the Client Development perimeter (Sales and Relationship Managers, Client Services and Marketing) of the Securities Services Business Line in North America
Main responsibilities include:
Animateandcoordinate the Client Development community
Own the governance including management meetings
Assist hiring process and training of new employees
Ensure liaison with central teams (segment heads etc.), local stakeholders (product and business heads), other coverage teams (FIC, DEC etc.) and support (compliance, legal)
Own the Customer Relationship Managementtool Client Vision
Local expert on the tool
Train the team and roll out head office guidelines
Ensure quality of data (deals, call memos, clients etc.)
Sponsor NorthAm voice in Tool evolution with central teams
Analytics and Management Reporting
Produce and present the weekly pipeline with the Heads of Sales & Relationship Management
Head office reporting (key deals etc.)
Support Head of Client Development (and Head of Region) on ad hoc requests and Comex meetings
Support the New Sales Budget process and progress against objectives
Strategy and PMO
Produce in depth analysis of sales activity over time to contribute to client segmenting and targeting over 2-3 year horizon
Ad hoc analysis of market segments
Coordinate local and global client development initiatives
Identify and implement process improvement (RFPs, data sharing tools, etc.)
Support Management of the Region & the Client Development organization as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Strong analysis and presentation skills
• Team player - Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in an international organization
• Client facing experience
• Independent, Proactive, Attention to Detail
• Multi-tasking and Problem Solving
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the Finance Industry
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the Securities Services Business Line, including key products, strategy, values.
