Job Description
• Manage production support issues from research to resolution
• Work closely with Operations to identify and manage emerging risks
• Work closely with IT to prioritize development efforts
• Define business requirements for product enhancements
• Conduct and manage Product Owner reviews with IT as needed
• Own backlog grooming for production support items and product features
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline required.
EXPERIENCE
• Min of 3 plus years demonstrated experience as an IT product owner or business analyst and experience in product/service development.
• Experience in ecommerce financial services is desired.
SKILLS
• Ability to lead development team and convey product vision, strategy, and direction to the team
• Create epics, features, and stories for the product backlog
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for product questions from the development team
• Communicate team deliverables, development status, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate grooming sessions with the development team
• Manage production defects from research to resolution
• Experience working in close partnership with technical teams, operations, legal, compliance, risk, marketing and other business stakeholders
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
