KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Facilitator Execution to join our Advisory Learning and Development organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive the execution of all key components of the Advisory National Facilitator Program for KPMG Business School – Advisory (KBSA)
• Drive the development and execution of the facilitator application process to continuously improve the identification, selection and development facilitators
• Lead facilitator development by designing, implementing and assessing a comprehensive program to assist facilitators at all career stages
• Create and conduct needs assessments to develop and enhance facilitator skills
• Identify and adopt new facilitation techniques and promote best practices to enhance and improve the quality of facilitation through workshops and peer mentoring
• Work with Program Manager and Learning Strategy Lead to ensure a seamless, integrated learning journey which reinforces learning both in the “classroom” and on the job
Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten years of experience in learning and development and delivering effective facilitation of training; preferably from a professional service firm
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience in developing, managing and leading teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Ability to interact with and influence senior leaders
