WHAT DOES A GREAT SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST DO?
As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Corporate FP&A department you will be responsible for preparing financial and operational related forecasting and analysis in a fast paced and dynamic finance organization supporting the Senior Manager of Finance, as well as the CFO with monthly forecasting and reporting on strategic long-range planning and annual planning. Working in a team environment you will directly impact the organization by accurately forecasting trends supporting decisions on a broad range of initiatives. This role will require a high degree of direct interaction with other business unit finance associates.
• The primary responsibilities of this position consist of preparation and review of financial documents, annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
Formulate standard monthly, quarterly and annual reports and prepare financial analysis for management and partner decision support.
• Assist the Senior Manager of FP&A with the consolidation of submissions for month-end results and forecast updates on time and prepare a brief written variance analysis for executive review.
• Assist the Senior Manager of FP&A in the coordination of the annual long-range plan, annual budget, and monthly full-year forecast updates, including compiling and analyzing contributor submissions and providing suggestions for improvement where needed.
• Serve as the finance liaison to the Lending business unit for the procurement of capital and non-capital expense items.
• Partner closely with the accounting team to ensure expenses are booked accurately.
• Regularly engage in FP&A process improvement activities which include reporting automaton, streamlining and other initiatives to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracies.
• Engage in special projects as identified by the Senior Manager of FP&A and CFO.

BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ year of Finance or Accounting experience
• Advance experience with Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Functions)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• SAP and BPC experience.
• CPA and MBA a plus.
Travel Required: Minimal, less than 10%
